Conners is the classic Augusta sleeper because the course fit keeps showing up year after year. He is making his ninth Masters start, finished T8 last year, and that gave him his fourth top-10 at Augusta since 2020. He also comes in with steady recent form, posting a T13 at The Players and a T14 at the Valspar, which is the kind of controlled lead-in that usually plays well at Augusta. He is also making his 11th Masters start, so this is not a player who will be overwhelmed by the stage. At this number, the appeal is that if his body holds up for four rounds, his shot-making and major pedigree still give him much more win equity than a typical 70/1 golfer.
