Race 2 – PICK: Cougar Country

The selection is a real speed-ball and should have too much pace for the rest of this field. He can make it lucky win number thirteen today

Race 3 – PICK: Hard Story

The favorite Aloo Ghost has been admirably consistent in recent weeks, but is finding it difficult to win at the moment. It’s time to chance the Diodoro-Kennedy partnership again with Hard Story, who ran to a good level on his penultimate start and a reproduction of that could see him home

Race 4 – PICK: Bug Zapper

Those with experience don’t set a high standard here and Bug Zapper won’t have to be a star to win it on debut. Connections have plenty of winners at the track and he’s taken to upset the favorites

Race 5 – PICK: Miltontown

Miltontown won well at Will Rogers Downs last time out over 6f and this step up in trip is unlikely to stop him going back to back

Race 6 – PICK: Therunawayrocket

‘660’ are uninspiring form figures that’s for sure, but the selection Therunawayrocket is an intriguing runner today. He has his first run for Andy Gladd which could bring about significant improvement and he drops in class. A positive market move would be significant

Race 7 – PICK: Nym

Nym won well last time by nearly two lengths over the same distance and that followed a good debut effort for the season, the eight-year-old is in the form of his life at the moment and will make the favorite work

Race 8 – PICK: I’m The Man Now

I’m The Man Now ran his best race to date last time out here and he can get off the mark for the first time today stepping up in trip by a furlong

Race 9 – PICK: Nero

Nero sets a very strong standard here and although likely to be the favorite he’ll take some stopping under Lane Luzzi

Race 10 – PICK: Cheers And Prayers

Although this is his seasonal debut, it’s worth chancing that Cheers And Prayers is fully fit as this is a drop in class for him here and he’ll be tough to beat
