Sharp Starr and Calid both hold stronger form claims than La Kara Mia but also both come into the race off the back of poor runs. Side with Linda Rice’s three-year-old who showed promise first time out and can come on significantly for the experience

Nutzforboltz can continue his good form from 2019 off the back of a seasonal reappearance that should have blown away the cobwebs. He looked to need his first run and holds strong claims with conditions to suit

Todd Pletcher should be able to win races with Microsecond starting with this maiden. It’s a fairly modest race and he sets the standard

Let’s Maga was impressive last time out when stepping up on previous efforts at Aqueduct and she looks a really progressive filly. Flashpackinbarbie is an obvious danger if she can bounce back but looks a fragile type

The Michael Miceli barn should have plenty of fun with their new recruit; Stay Fond, who’s an admirable six-year-old that’s suited perfectly to today’s trip and grade – the one to beat

Creed bolted up last time out by eight lengths and will be popular here, however, Life Changer did really well to win first out over six furlongs and there should be more to come upped to a mile today

We’re taking race fitness to chance here, but Chad Brown will be hoping this is a good stepping stone to better things for Complexity who was last seen in Grade 1 company. He should find today’s company easier and can start the season off with a win
Race 8 – PICK: FIFTY FIVE (4-5 ML) - Click here to bet with TVG
It could be a quick double for the Chad Brown team as his Fifty Five looks rock solid in race eight. Fifty Five has won his last two and loves the track here at Belmont
