Ebt's Guard produced yet another fine effort in defeat when third in the Balmoral on Champions Day and bids to go one better than 12 months ago, but preference is for WISE PRINCE. Gelded since a wayward effort in the Britannia at Royal Ascot, there is clearly plenty of ability there and softer ground conditions may further aid his cause.
