LOPE Y LINDA was able to build on an encouraging Southwell second to score in commanding fashion at Catterick, and a subsequent 5lb rise might not be enough to stop her from following up. Highfield Viking's mark has plummeted this term, but there were more encouraging signs when third over C&D. He was dropped a further 1lb and looks a real threat under suitable conditions. Kelpie Grey and Milford Grange are others to consider.
