TAMBORA continued his upward trajectory when scoring with something in hand at Sandown in July and could be one to keep the right side of. A 6lb higher mark is unlikely to halt further progress and he gets the vote over fellow three-year-old Cape Fear. Andrew Balding's colt wasn't disgraced when fifth in a heritage handicap at Ascot and this looks slightly easier. Handicap debutant Time Thief and Interstate are others of interest.
