Langton Wold hasn't been seen over hurdles since finishing second at Sedgefield in December 2024, but has been kept busy on the Flat and won't be lacking race fitness. He can go well off his current mark, though he may struggle to get the better of JET PATROL, a C&D second last month who was beaten less than two lengths. Racing off 2lb higher, this looks a decent opportunity for him to go one better. Western Soldier is better than the bare form figures imply and appeals most of the remainder.
