The performance was all the more meritorious considering she struck trouble at a crucial stage and she had a length in hand over the third-placed Spanish Darling, who had the benefit of a couple of point-to-point wins under his belt. Megatothemax has a hood fitted after failing to build on a pleasing introduction on her first appearance for the Frosts at Sedgefield.
