Reigning champs Notts have made the final in three of the last four seasons
Nottinghamshire v Somerset - Thursday 18.30
Nottinghamshire went into the tournament as favourites and they’ve definitely lived up to that so far, winning the North group in some style. Riki Wessels and Alex Hales have been in unbelievable form so far with the bat, with 491 runs at 49.10 and 471 runs at 39.25 respectively. Jake Ball has taken 16 wickets, while Ish Sodhi 15, Harry Gurney 14 and Samit Patel 13 have all impressed with the white ball.
Somerset scraped into the knockout stages on net run rate and many would argue that they shouldn’t be written off. James Hildreth and Johann Myburgh have been the leading batsmen, with 293 and 290 runs. Max Waller and Roelof van de Merwe both have 15 wickets, while Craig Overton has 14.
While Somerset do have good players in their ranks, the pure class of the Outlaws side should be too much for the visitors and Nottinghamshire should win this comfortably.
