Granada v Eibar - Sunday 17:15, Sky Sports 3
Before his appointment Paco Jimenez was renowned for his cavalier approach at Rayo Vallecano so it should come as no surprise to Granada that they were on the wrong end of a 5-1 hiding in their last game at Las Palmas. It came after being level at the break with the manager admitting it was his decision-making that cost them and that maybe the club need a change in the dugout after just two games, not exactly filling the fans with confidence.
However, he has a fantastic opportunity to re-install some faith as they welcome an Eibar side that suffer heavily from the away-day blues. The Basque club have lost nine in a winless run of 11 games on the road conceding 32 goals in this time, resulting in six of the games seeing at least four strikes.
However, with the uncertainty surrounding their manager we’re a little hesitant to back Granada for the win at 2.33 but instead prefer Over 3.5 Goals. Jimenez’s approach usually leads to an open game and if Eibar’s recent away record is anything to go by we could be in for a goal-fest.
