Sevilla v Atletico Madrid – Sunday 15:15, Sky Sports 5
Both these sides picked up 1-0 away wins in the Champions League in midweek. It was Sevilla’s second consecutive success on the road as they finally won an away match in La Liga, their first since the 2014/15 season. Their home record in this time has been a formidable W18-D1-L4, starting this season with four consecutive victories.
Atletico Madrid though are arguably the toughest visitors Sevilla could have asked for. Firstly, they’re in red hot form, registering three consecutive wins to top the table while they’re yet to taste defeat in all competitions this term. Secondly, Atletico have dominated the recent head-to-head, not losing any of the 13 previous encounters between these two in all competitions.
Simeone’s side have won 15 of their 23 road games since the start of last season, conceding just 12 goals in this time, while this term their defence looks even more difficult to breach with just three goals scored against them thus far. This looks a golden opportunity to back the Madrid club to win at odds-against and one we shall not spurn. Seven of their last 10 away wins came after being level at the break and three of Sevilla’s four home matches this term have been all-square after 45, so we’ll look to Draw/Atletico half-time/fulltime for a bit more value.£10 Free Credit and a £500 Deposit Bonus
