Watford v Arsenal - Saturday 15:00
Arsenal played out a cagey affair against Leicester, with both sides wary of the others counter-attack. Against Watford however, the onus will be on Arsenal to dominate the tempo of the game, and Walter Mazzarri’s favoured formation with a back three looks ill-suited to width. Whilst Jose Holebas is no slouch himself, the wing-back could be in for a difficult game where he shall have to control the movement and pace of Theo Walcott and the overlapping Hector Bellerin, whilst on the other side Allan Nyom will need help subduing the trickery of Alexis Sanchez.
Watford succumbed to a late defeat at home against Chelsea in their previous league game, repeating a habit they formed last season playing the big teams where they impressed in home matches against Arsenal, Spurs and Man City before a second-half collapse.
A repeat scenario against Arsenal is on the cards, with the visiting team desperate to get their first win of the season rather than falling further behind in the title race, and seemingly unable to win the first half in a game of football having drawn five of their last six. Watford look set to repeat their tactics against Chelsea, where they pressed the attacking trio of Pedro, Hazard and Costa until their legs tired in the second half and could hold out no longer.
With this in mind, the half-time/full-timeDraw/Arsenal combination at 5.0 looks inviting.
