The Mahrez transfer saga adds a bit of spice to this fixture.
Man City v Leicester - Saturday 17:30, Sky Sports
Man City were held to a draw at Burnley as they’ve been starting to show some signs of encouragement for the rest of division in recent weeks, keeping just one clean sheet in their last five and winning only half of their last six. Leicester have stumbled themselves as they were held to a draw by Swansea in their last game, but they’ve nonetheless netted in seven of their last eight and so we’re backing both teams to score.
However, Leicester have picked up just two points from their 10 trips to top-six opponents since the start of last season, losing but managing to score in half of these, including in a 2-1 defeat here last term. They went down by the same margin at Liverpool this season and also conceded twice at Old Trafford so we’re going to take a chance on the 2-1 Correct Score.
Kevin De Bruyne is continuing his sparkling form for the Citizens and he now has four goals in his last seven appearances across all competitions, whilst he also netted in the win over Leicester at the King Power earlier in the season. As a result, he looks like the value bet as fifth favourite in the anytime scorer market.
