Architect's Prince of Wales ante-post tip to get value boost?
09:45 Thursday
Writing in his Prince of Wales ante-post preview last month, Architect wrote: "Two-time Japanese Group One winner, SHAHRYAR (best price 7/2) could be prepared to travel overseas and be supplemented for the race by trainer Hideaki Fujiwara.
"It’s surprising to note that for all the success they have arrayed across the world, Japan has yet to have a single winner at the Royal Meeting. That could all change this time round though with the Dubai Sheema Classic winner, who must have an excellent chance with some high-quality form in his catalogue."
Two weeks on and still a best price of 10/3 through oddschecker, he could be poised to shorten should news of Mishriff's absence prove true...

Do Stradivarius hopes hinge on the weather?
11:45 Wednesday
Steve Ryder has backed the John & Thady Gosden trained Stradivarius (best priced at 4/1) in his bid to equal Yeats’s record of four wins in the Ascot Gold Cup and believes the weather forecast looks sure to swing it in his favour.
However, should Trueshan get a favour from the skies then Andy Holding believes Alan King's gelding (best price 7/2) could be be almost impossible to beat on soft ground.
Which way do you think it will go?
FOUR Ante-Post Picks from Steve Ryder

Who are Hollie Doyle's most fancied Royal Ascot rides?
17:11 Tuesday
Andy Holding checks on the Royal Ascot chances for Hollie Doyle with this look at the most fancied rides for the queen of the weighing room.
Trueshan (7/2 for the Gold Cup) will be her most high profile ride of the meeting and having missed last season's Gold Cup due to fast ground, she will be hoping for a drop of rain between now and the race next Thursday.
Would Trueshan be impossible to beat on soft ground? And who is the 40/1 shot Holding expects to outrun his current odds? Find out more HERE.
We're just a week away from the St James's Palace Stakes...
14:10 Tuesday
Who's your winner next week, then? The ante-post market is headed by Coroebus, currently available to back at a best price 8/15 through oddschecker, as he bids to follow in the footsteps of last year’s winner and win this race following victory in the 2,000 Guineas at HQ.
His performance there, wrote Architect Tips in this Ante-Post Preview, was exemplary as he took the scalp of the red-hot favourite and stablemate Native Trail, but has his price become too short?
"Given the latter got back to winning ways in the Irish equivalent and gave the form a tidy boost, it’s no surprise to see the former being backed as if defeat is out of the question but he will be up against some really high-class horses and I don’t think he’s as bombproof as the betting indicates."
Dettori vs Moore: What are their best chances?

One of the most intriguing battles at Royal Ascot is who will be the week's top jockey and, as ever, Frankie Dettori and Ryan Moore will have a huge say in the final standings.
