Rory Jiwani's followers are in profit thanks to Angelique Kerber's victory in Saturday's final.
We've had a nice finish to the tournament with the semi-finals going as predicted and Angelique Kerber landing our 9-1 outright bet at the start. But there's still one match to go and I think it really could go either way.
Stan Wawrinka is a player who is hard to catch right but his record against Novak Djokovic in Slams is as good as anyone. In six main draw meetings, Wawrinka has won two out of six and out of those four defeats, one was a retirement with the other three going to five sets. The world number one called for the trainer again during his semi-final with Gael Monfils so he is clearly not quite 100 percent despite what he may say. He also showed unusual signs of temperament in that match.
Wawrinka is one of the best shotmakers out there and if he gets hot, Djokovic may not be able to stop him. At the prices, the Swiss has to be the play here and I will have a saver on him at +1.5 sets on the handicap.
