New York Jets at Buffalo Bills – Friday 01:25, Sky Sports 1
After losses for both teams in week one, head coaches Rex Ryan and Todd Bowles will both be hoping for a quick bounce back win as the New York Jets travel to Buffalo to face divisional rivals the Bills in Thursday Night Football.
Bills boss Ryan is of course no stranger to the Jets having been coach in New York for five years up until 2014. He wasn't happy with his team’s performance in Baltimore on Sunday especially the offense and it is always tougher to turn things around in practice when playing as soon as Thursday evening. Star receiver Sammy Watkins is a doubt for the match with injury and will be a huge loss to an already struggling offense.
As mentioned the Jets also lost in week one but Bowles will be much happier with his side’s efforts. The defense looked good in defeat and the offense had numerous chances to score TDs but as is the New York Jets way they typically found a way to lose!
This looks like a defensive battle more than anything else so we like under the total points and, at a bigger price, Jets to win by a narrow 1-6pts.
