Super Bowl Injury Report: Which Chiefs, Eagles Players Will be Missing Super Bowl LVII?

the 2023 Super Bowl is just a few days away. That means the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles meet in Glendale, Arizona for the right to call themselves champions.

The game has been analyzed in a million different ways by a billion different analysts. But, it's important to take into account the Super Bowl injury report when trying to make a Super Bowl pick.

For the most part, both the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs are relatively healthy. After all, that's how you end up in the Super Bowl. But, the Super Bowl injury report took on new importance this year thanks to a high-profile injury to QB Patrick Mahomes.

In the AFC Championship game, Patrick Mahomes played on a high-ankle sprain he suffered the week before against the Jaguars. An injury that can keep players out for a month didn't even keep Mahomes out a week as he passed for 326 yards and 2 TDs.

Now, we come into Sunday's game with all eyes on the Super Bowl Injury report. Will Patrick Mahomes play (Spoiler: Yes)? How healthy will he be? Which players from the Eagles are nursing injuries as they head to the biggest game of their careers?

So, before we get ready to make our Super Bowl picks let's take a look at the entire Super Bowl injury report and see which players will be on the field come Sunday.

Super Bowl Injury Report

As you'll see below, the Super Bowl injury report is not a long one. As a matter of fact, there is just one player listed as OUT for Super Bowl 57. That player, Chiefs WR Mecole Hardman, actually returned from an abdominal injury last week against the Bengals, but he reaggravated the injury and was placed on IR this week.

The Chiefs are getting Clyde Edwards-Helaire back after he missed time with an ankle injury. They should also be getting L'Jarius Snead back in their secondary.

As for the Eagles, they have more players listed with questionable designations, but all of them are expected to play at nearly 100%. Even punter Arryn Siposs, who has missed time with an ankle injury, looks like he may return for the Super Bowl.
