Myles Turner has only averaged 16.6 points per game despite shooting 50.7% from the field. He's had back-to-back games with 17 points, but that still wouldn't be enough to get over his prop of 17.5.
As a matter of fact, Turner has only hit 18 or more points in 37% of games this season. He's only nailed this line in two of his last ten games.
Turner hasn't shot the ball well from three and only gets to the foul line about twice per game.

Malik Beasley has attempted at least seven threes in each of his last five games. He's coming off a 6-for-10 performance against the Knicks in the quarterfinal after playing 33 minutes. He attempted 11 shots, with ten of them being from downtown.
Beasley is shooting 46% from downtown while taking nearly seven threes per game. However, his volume from downtown has consistently increased as he's getting more minutes on the floor.
Beasley has hit at least four threes in five straight games. Let's keep that streak rolling tonight.

The Pelicans center has earned 14.2 points per game while shooting 56.7% from the field. Valanciunas has only scored 14 or more points in 55% of games. However, he's on a five-game streak with at least 14 points. He's also hit this line in seven of his last ten games.
Beyond that, the Lakers rank 24th in defending centers when it comes to points per game.
This is a good matchup for the big man. He needs to stay out of foul trouble, but even against the Kings, in the semis, Valanciunas fouled out and still scored 18 points in 29 minutes.
