Kristaps Porzingis has only played in 16 games this season. However, in those 16 games, he's averaged 19.1 points per game while shooting 54.7% from the field.
Porzingis has added at least 18 points in 56% of games this season. He's also added this line in six of his last ten.
Beyond that, Porzingis has already had success against the Cavaliers in past games by hitting this number and is taking on a Cavaliers defense that ranks 26th in points per game against centers.
Give me Porzingis to score at least 18 points.

He earns about 28 minutes a game and isn't even close to the most notable scorer on the Suns. He's got plenty of guys on the Suns that can drain shots off his passes from the post.
Phoenix isn't sure if Kevin Durant will play tonight. However, Devin Booker will, along with many other great shooters on the Suns.
