We don’t take unders too often but this is a good one. LeBron James fresh off of the NBA In-Season Tournament where he played big minutes and exerted more energy than his average NBA games. I’m expecting him to get back to coasting through the regular season.
Los Angeles Lakers vs. Dallas Mavericks Prediction
LeBron is still an elite talent but this number is too high for him. In non-tournament games he is under points in 12 of 16 games. Of those games was against Dallas where he scored 26. I would have had this prop at 25.5 so getting the under at 27.5 feels like really good value.
The last time these two teams played it was slow paced and with the Lakers fresh off the tournament I can see them slowing this game down. I also like the under for the game in general but prefer this.
I could see LeBron playing minutes in the low 30s and Darvin Ham finally sticking to what he said earlier in the year. Let's roll!
