NHL Parlay Picks: Combining New York Rangers, Boston Bruins on Thursday Night
We did very well on last night's small slate and I am happy to roll that momentum forward into a loaded board here today. We have 12 NHL games, College Football, Thursday Night Football, and the NLCS continuing tonight in Arizona. To kick off our night, we are diving into a bit of a square play, but it feels like a no brainer in my eyes so we have to lock this one in. Finding two solid legs for a moneyline parlay is one of my favorite ways to start a day of loaded plays on the ice, so let's dive into things right now.
NHL Parlay Picks
Boston Bruins vs. San Jose Sharks
Nashville has not looked great thus far this season and currently sit 1-3 through four games with a -8 goal differential. Juuse Saros is an incredibly talented netminder, and one of the guys who I expect to improve this year based on what we have seen thus far in his career. But he has been lit up twice already this season, and going to the Garden to clash with a potent Rangers squad does him no favors. Aside from the loss at Columbus in which they still scored plenty, New York has looked solid and Igor Shesterkin looks incredible as always. The former Vezina Trophy winner plays better at home and should be poised for another strong outing tonight.
Boston Bruins vs. San Jose Sharks
Kaapo Kahkonen has been absolutely awful lately, there is no other way to put it. The Sharks netminder ended last season on a bad run, conceding goals in bunches. In his lone start this season, he conceded four with a sub .880 save percentage. The Bruins will not be the same squad as last year defensively, it is hard to replicate that dominance. The netminders are still phenomenal with Swayman and Ullmark, and the offensive firepower remains as well.
