Well we have a lovely NHL slate tonight and I am ready to get after it. For our first play of the night, we are heading to Buffalo, New York, as the Toronto Maple Leafs visit the Buffalo Sabres for a showdown at the KeyBank Center. Things always seem to get exciting when these teams meet and I think history has a good chance of repeating itself tonight.

Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Buffalo Sabres Prediction
Devon Levi will get the nod for Buffalo and while he has played better lately in the grand scheme of things, he conceded four goals on just 18 shots faced last time out and now has to rebound against a rival that loves to light up the lamp against them.
Toronto is scoring a respectable 3.49 GPG so far on the season and they love to score against Buffalo in particular; they have scored a minimum of three goals in six straight head-to-head and are averaging north of four.
Buffalo has struggled immensely on defense this season and they need to show up tonight offensively to have a shot. They have scored five twice in their last five and scored four in their last game, the only problem is they conceded an abysmal nine to Columbus.
Toronto is a much tougher team to play than the Blue Jackets and I think both squads come out firing tonight. The over has hit in six straight for Toronto and nine of last ten head to head.
