Tonight, the Anaheim Ducks (13-23) host the Toronto Maple Leafs (18-10-7) for a clash at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. These teams did not play a game against each other in 2023, but have seen each other five times in the last four seasons. Toronto leads the series 3-2, and won the most previous clash back in December of 2022 by a score of 7-0.

First game of 2024, there is fresh meat for them on the table, and they should be ready to give him a warm welcome to the show.
Lukas Dostal will be between the pipes for the Ducks, sitting at 6-8 on the season with a 3.65 GAA and sub .895 save percentage. Toronto is the sixth-best team offensively in the league, sporting a 3.43 GPG average, facing an Anaheim squad that sits in the bottom third of the league defensively and with the lesser of their two netminders between the pipes tonight.
