Well, we have a small two game slate tonight but still an opportunity to make some money on the ice following a profitable outing last night so let's keep it going. To kick off our night, we are heading to South Florida where the Detroit Red Wings (22-16-5) will clash with the Florida Panthers (27-13-3) in what should be a spirited affair getting primetime coverage.

Detroit Red Wings vs. Florida Panthers Prediction
Detroit has won four of their last five and have some some momentum rolling into this one. Alex DeBrincat, Dylan Larkin, David Perron and Co. have had a solid year so far and look to roll momentum forward tonight.
On the flip side, Florida has dropped back-to-back games after previously enjoying a nine game win streak. They will look to bounce back here tonight on home ice
It is hard for me not to take the total in this game, Detroit has the fourth best offensive unit in the league and has been scoring lately, they just seem to not be able to crack the code with the Cats and if the Wings are going to regress against anyone, it is likely a team that has their number like Florida does.
Florida has taken five straight in the head-to-head series by at minimum two goals. They are one of the best five vs five teams in the league with studs on the special teams as well. Even without Aleksander Barkov, I think the Cats will win on home ice tonight. You can dabble with the over if you're feeling frisky.
