Colorado Avalanche vs. Boston Bruins Prediction: Can David Pastrnak, Bruins Get Their Revenge?

Well we have a loaded slate tonight and I am excited to get after it. To kick things off, we are heading to TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts, for a clash between the Boston Bruins (26-8-9) and the Colorado Avalanche (29-13-3) for a clash that should light up the board. These are two of the league's premier level squads, they boast excellence and have been conference leaders for years and are both cup contenders again this season.

Colorado Avalanche vs. Boston Bruins Prediction

David Pastrnak and Boston lost in shootouts to Colorado 4-3 last week and should be out for revenge tonight. Luckily for them, they get Nathan MacKinnon and Colorado on a tough trade spot here playing their fourth road game since Saturday but I still think we see goals. I know every guy on the planet has a gas tank and hockey can wear you out but with talent like the avalanche have, I am not worried about it. They had the day off yesterday and are not dealing with the longterm effects of the Stanley Cup hangover anymore.

Colorado has been a very profitable over team this season and with the current run they are on, I find it hard to believe they don't keep scoring tonight. Colorado remains on that top shelf for NHL offense sporting 3.73 GPG and a lethal power play. Boston is not the flashiest squad but they are well above the three goals per game average at a 3.25 and should be fired up in a potential Stanley Cup preview tonight.
