Affettuoso took a decent step forward from his debut when runner-up at Wolverhampton in December behind a rival who has subsequently run with plenty of credit in Listed company. However, the lack of a recent run may prove to be his undoing and GLORY ROAD is preferred. Ralph Beckett's charge was runner-up on his sole outing as a juvenile at Nottingham before running to a similar level when third on his return at Newbury and further improvement is expected.
