Newmarket Saturday 14:25 - Price Boost

oddschecker Verdict

ROCK MONTREAL looked an above-average type when scoring on debut at Yarmouth and almost kept his unbeaten record intact when narrowly denied in the Flying Scotsman at Doncaster. He had Nabati back in third that day and that one came out and took the Mill Reef spoils at Newbury. Roger Varian's charge brings a strong level of form to the table and can get the better of Sergei Diaghilev, who is more experienced and finished second to the exciting Desert Castle in the Champagne Stakes. Notable Dream and Al Jabbar are also noted.

Prediction: 1st Rock Montreal, 2nd Sergei Diaghilev, 3rd Notable Dream
