KING CUAN returned from his summer holiday to take off in the Concorde Stakes, winning as he liked. Paddy Twomey's five-year-old has a penalty to contend with but such was the authority of that performance, he must be stuck with. Faiyum is a big danger in receipt of 8lb and she was just denied a 2026 breakthrough at Naas, although the winner was put in her place by the selection at the Curragh. Zodiac Bear can be forgiven his miserable experience in the Minstrel Stakes, while Dublin's Knight is a fascinating addition to Joseph O'Brien's team because he beat subsequent Saratoga and Hollywood Derby winners at Keeneland when last seen.
