MATIWO was thrust into the Dovecote after breaking his maiden impressively at Newbury and he was far from disgraced. He made the trip to France next time to no avail and was given a break thereafter, but he returns to action in a winnable contest and should be much happier on less testing ground. Ride Like A Girl is the main form threat, but hurdling newcomer Scott's Legacy represents a yard in flying form and should not be taken lightly.
