Kirton Angel's debut run at York has a solid appearance and she may step forward now she has experience. However, the same must be said of BENBECULA, who looked a work in progress on his debut at Carlisle 13 days ago. A well-bred colt, whose price tag rose from 82,000gns as a foal to 240,000gns as a yearling, he is entitled to be a good deal wiser and a sharper start should see him in a much better light.
