Green Bay Packers at Washington Redskins – Monday 01:30, SS1

It may well be worth staying up for the late game this Sunday night as we could see a high scoring affair in Washington when the Green Bay Packers travel to the Redskins.

The Packers have not been performing as well as expected this season and last week gave up a shocking 47 points to an average Tennessee Titans team including 35 in the first half alone! The week before that the Colts scored 31 on them and the week before that it was 33 for Atlanta. The bottom line is the Packers can’t stop anyone scoring against them at the moment and Redskins’ quarterback Kirk Cousins will be looking forward to building on last week’s 26 points against the Minnesota Vikings.

The Skins have some good playmakers on offense like tight ends Jordan Reed and Vernon Davis and if the Packers are going to have any chance here they will need to score a lot of points. They are, of course, capable of that with one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL leading their attack in Aaron Rodgers and after three straight losses we can see them pulling out all the stops on offense to try and win this one.

The total points line is a high 50 right now but that isn’t high enough to stop us siding with overs.
