There is a loaded MLB slate today with all teams in action. Every Tuesday (Dinger Tuesday) the sportsbooks seem to like giving out profit boosts, so here are a few of my favorite home run looks to target when building out your home run parlays for tonight.

The first player I like to go yard on Dinger Tuesday is Phillies slugger Kyle Schwarber. Schwarber has been making great contact all season, especially the past few weeks. 8 of his last 11 batted balls vs. right-handed pitching has been hit 97+ MPH with some great launch angles. The thing I like most, however, is his matchup against Bowden Francis.
Francis has struggled this season, allowing a 11.1% Barrel rate (ranking in the 18th percentile). Lefties have had tons of success against him, as he's allowed a career 2.11 HR per 9 innings ratio to them (3.45 in 2025). Schwarber is 2-for-3 with a homer against him in one prior matchup. I love his chances to go yard today in a great matchup!

The next player I am looking to target is Mariners star outfielder Julio Rodriguez. JRod has really been playing well as of late and has been making great contact. Six of his last eight batted balls have been hit 98+ MPH, and his matchup today looks very nice.
The Orioles will be starting Tomoyuki Sugano who has allowed a lot of hard contact this season with a 10.0% barrel rate (ranking in the 29th percentile) and a 1.55 HR per 9 innings ratio. His top two pitches to right-handed batters are his sweeper and sinker which are two pitches JRod has had tons of success against, especially the sweeper (Sugano's top pitch to righties) where he has two HRs in 23 plate appearances and a .777 expected slugging percentage. You can find JRod in the +400 range, and I think that's a great price for him, I love his chances to go yard today!

The third player I like for a homer is Mets slugger Pete Alonso. Anytime a lefty is on the mound, Pete is a threat to go yard and today its Clayton Kershaw for the Dodgers getting the start. Kershaw throws primarily his 4-seam fastball, slider and curveball to right-handed batters, and Pete has elite barrel rates on these pitches (vs. lefties) with a 17.0% vs the 4-seam, 18.2% vs the slider, and 17.2% vs the curveball. He's also hit the ball hard against lefties, with five of his last nine batted balls hit 105+ MPH, which is what I love to see. Dodger Stadium is very home run friendly, so I love Pete's chances to homer tonight!
