Riley Greene has helped the Tigers to the best record in the American League. Greene is slashing .296/.348/.539 with 47 runs, 21 doubles, 19 home runs and 63 RBIs in 321 at-bats. Greene has a barrel rate of 18.3 percent, which ranks in the 97th percentile.
The Tigers outfielder has done most of his damage against right-handers with a .321 average, 18 of his 19 home runs and a .993 OPS. Greene will face Nationals right-hander Trevor Williams. Seager is slashing .244/.343/.426 with 27 runs, 10 home runs and 23 RBIs in 197 at-bats.
The Rangers shortstop has started to heat up recently. Seager has eight hits in the last nine games and has homered three times in the last four games. Over the last seven days, Seager is slashing .318/.484/.727 with three home runs and seven RBIs.
