Rafael Fiziev is looking to get back into the top ten in the UFC lightweight division. He's currently 11th after three consecutive losses. Fiziev uses Muay Thai technique and has landed more than 50% of his strikes in the UFC. He's also highly creative and possesses explosive knockout power, along with a high IQ. In addition, it's super hard to take him down. Fiziev has a 90% takedown defense in the UFC. Meanwhile, Bahamondes is super tall and can beat you with reasonable distance, volume, and head movement. Fiziev will need to overcome a four or five-inch reach disadvantage. Plus, Bahamondes has proven to have the better chin. The difference is the fact that Bahamondes hasn't faced competitors as good as Fiziev has. He has seen more and will likely be better prepared. Bahamondes will look to push the pace. But if he's too aggressive, Fiziev can absolutely counter and sneak in for the win. This is a massive match for Fiziev.
