Saints fans are getting restless.
New Orleans has lost two straight games and is now back under .500 in a weak NFC South.
The Saints had high hopes this season. They brought in Derek Carr at quarterback, signed Jamaal Williams at running back, and got excited for Michael Thomas to be back for an entire season.
However, Carr has struggled, Williams hasn't produced, and Thomas is back on the injured list. An offense that looks stacked on paper hasn't even averaged 21 points this season.
Now they'll take on an eight-win Lions team at home. Detroit fans understand all the pain and suffering that Saints fans are going through. But the Lions won't have any mercy on Sunday.
Here are our picks, predictions, and odds for Sunday's game between the Detroit Lions vs. New Orleans Saints.

Lions vs. Saints Prediction
The New Orleans Saints have an excellent defense. The secondary has played extraordinarily well, allowing under 200 yards per game in the air.
The pass rush has been good enough, while the tackling has been tremendous. However, the Saints aren't as good against the run, which is an area the Lions can exploit.
Detroit has one of the best running-back duos in the NFL.
Between Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery, the Lions have earned nearly 137 yards per game on the ground. Gibbs is the faster of the bunch, but Montgomery is the veteran who can find holes and get into the end zone around the goal line.
Look for the Lions to use the running game often against the Saints, especially after Jared Goff has struggled with interceptions over the last couple of games. Goff still has 18 touchdowns to eight interceptions, but he's maybe starting to fatigue a little bit.
On the other hand, Derek Carr only has ten passing touchdowns in 11 games. That wasn't what the Saints had in mind heading into the season. Carr has Chris Olave, who is regarded as one of the best young receivers in the game. However, Olave only has three touchdowns despite earning 63 catches for 771 yards.
The Saints have had trouble finding the endzone a lot this season. Taysom Hill has been their X factor, but I think the Saints would've liked some of their younger guys to step up.
The defense can only keep the game close. The offense needs to put some points on the board. With Rashid Shaeed already listed as out, the Saints are shorthanded with big playmakers.
I'll back the Lions and their run game.
