Successful at Leopardstown in March, he has done little wrong on his last two starts and was strong at the finish over a similar trip to this at Limerick last time. If first-time cheekpieces have the desired effect, Emmet Mullins' seven-year-old can land the prize. Enda Bolger has won two of the last three renewals and is represented by progressive Killarney National winner Pride Of Place, who gives owner J.P McManus a strong hand. Born Bright won two handicap chases last summer and, after a winter break, had a nice prep run for this over hurdles last month.
