oddschecker Verdict

Second in a 3m point-to-point in England, LE QUESTIONNAIRE has found just one too good on his last two starts over hurdles. Gordon Elliott's grey kept plugging away over 2m3f at Downpatrick last time and looks worth trying over this longer trip. Captain Hanley made an encouraging start over hurdles when a staying-on second over 2m4f at Clonmel and can be forgiven unseating at Kilbeggan as the saddle slipped. Jerry From Kerry has yet to match his smart bumper form in this discipline, but he was well backed last time and now takes a marked step up in trip. Will Wilde was disappointing here last month, but the form of his sixth in a Pertemps Qualifier at Leopardstown in late 2024 reads well.

Prediction: 1st Le Questionnaire, 2nd Captain Hanley, 3rd Will Wilde
