Amiloc won the King Edward VII at last year's meeting and did not stay 1m6f on his return when well beaten in the Yorkshire Cup. He might be worth another chance, but it's hard to ignore the claims of recent Coronation Cup runner-up JAN BRUEGHEL. Aidan O'Brien's dual Group 1 winner won that event 12 months ago and a return to a quicker surface may help him on this occasion. Kalpana has a very good record at this venue, including two Group 1 victories, and hold an obvious chance for the in-form Andrew Balding team.
