Hard To Believe was disappointing when sent off favourite for a York handicap last month, but can't be written off yet. Connections of Outflank reach for first-time blinkers, which appears to be the right move based on his third at Nottingham, although OUTBACK LEGEND is preferred. An opening mark of 80 doesn't seem to be unduly harsh for the son of Australia after his win in a Haydock maiden and the manner of that victory suggested a big galloping track would play to his strengths.
