oddschecker Verdict

Last year's winner Classic is 12lb higher this time having won at Newbury in May, where Indalo was beaten a neck. The latter reversed running when third in the Royal Hunt Cup at Ascot last month and could go close, but the unexposed BEAGLE BAY may edge affairs. Ralph Beckett's charge defied a 9lb rise when successful over C&D on only his second start in a handicap and there looks plenty more to come from the four-year-old. Tribal Chief is also of interest.

Prediction: 1st Beagle Bay, 2nd Indalo, 3rd Classic
