There isn't a lot of strong recent hurdling form to go on and it may pay to side with the 105-rated WHATS NEW. Andy Slattery's charge has the benefit of being placed in three of his nine hurdle races and this looks a good opportunity for him to get his head in front. Last year's winning combination of Denis Hogan and Gavin Brouder are represented by Earthwatch, who was a place behind the selection in fourth at Killarney last month, so he looks one of the main protagonists. Gordon Elliott fields a couple of horses and his newcomer Open Approach is well worth a check for market strength.
