The standard set by those with hurdling experience is far from daunting so it might pay to side with SPARE THE VOICE. Nick Scholfield's gelding was victorious between the flags back in March and although his pedigree suggests he might be better equipped for fences in time, the booking of Sean Bowen suggests a bold bid is anticipated. Fellow point winner Percy De Courcy is of obvious interest given the yard he hails from, and don't rule out Grand Teton given that Nico de Boinville rides him of the Henderson duo.
