Naana's Shadow had a few of these in arrears when she won at Glorious Goodwood and may cement her authority over Miss Yechance (third), Manatee Mehmas (fourth) and Schrodinger's Cat (fifth). However, an 8lb rise looks harsh on face value and that burden could scupper the follow up bid. Of more appeal is the low-mileage ZAIN PRIMUS, who was earmarked for Royal Ascot after convincing wins at Kempton and Newcastle. With the potential to stride forward, this son of Pinatubo looks worth a punt at the likely odds.
