FINAL OBJECTIVE deservedly got his head in front at Thirsk before producing a career-best performance to finish second in the Gimcrack and while conditions will hold no fears for Hamad Al Jehani's gelding, he is fancied to gain some compensation. The Nunthorpe proved a step too far for Molecomb heroine Pershaada at this stage of her career but she merits respect back in her own age bracket, and so does Sale Shark, who finished behind Pershaada at Glorious Goodwood before claiming Listed honours at the Ebor Festival.
