Al Aasy has dined in good company throughout his career and is highly respected. However, he shoulders a Group 2 penalty and the dependable nine-year-old is reluctantly swerved for that reason. AEGEAN PRINCE has much younger legs and is an attractive proposition to bridge the gap from handicapper to a Group 3 winner after posting a searing effort when landing the Old Borough Cup at Haydock. Al Qareem is proven at this level and is another must for the shortlist.
