28% of all bets since last night have backed the Frenchman to scoop up this prestigious individual award, but there are plenty other competitors in the market.
Euro 2021 Player of the Tournament odds:
Bookmakers have unanimously cut odds on Paul Pogba being named Best Player of the Tournament at Euro 2020, following his display against Germany last night.
Before a ball was kicked, Pogba was priced at 40/1 to win the individual award. After his Man of the Match performance, the midfielder is now 25/1 best price.
Some bookies have shortened odds even further, with one firm offering odds of just 18/1 on Pogba scooping the individual trophy.

Who are the other contenders?
The Best Player of the Tournament market is headed by Les Blues teammate Kylian Mbappe, who remains the clear frontrunner at 9/1.
There’s been a big move for another of Pogba’s teammates, in the shape of N’Golo Kante. The Chelsea dynamo has been cut from 40/1 pre-tournament into as short as 10/1.
Away from France, Belgium’s Romelu Lukaku has been cut into second favourite at 10/1, whilst Cristiano Ronaldo is lurking at 16/1.
Oddschecker spokesperson Callum Wilson: “In a market dominated by Didier Deschamps’ players, it’s Paul Pogba who’s grabbed punters attention following France’s opening game.
“In the last 12 hours, a whopping 28% of all bets have backed Pogba to win the award, sending his price crashing.
“It’s a theme that permeates the market, with Paul Pogba (25/1), Kylian Mbappe (9/1) and N’Golo Kante the three most backed players.”
