SPARKLING DUKE is an attractive proposition with his bid to complete a C&D hat-trick. Having also won here over 2m4f on his Rules debut after a similar break last year, the gelding's upwardly mobile profile is hard to ignore. Fellow track-and-trip winner Followango also warrants close inspection with Eleanor Williams claiming 7lb from the saddle, while La Higuera stays well and is another to seriously consider with the ground in his favour.
