The Tizzard's have won three of the previous five renewals, including with JPR One in 2024. The veteran is back for after scoring at Cheltenham on his return and although he's expected to go close, RUBAUD is on a tempting mark and that earns him the vote instead. He spent much of last season over the smaller obstacles and landed the Elite Hurdle in November, but his 2025 Pendil Novices' Chase triumph suggests he's more than capable in this sphere and he can repel the likely challenge of Mirabad.
