The veteran Torcello cruised to success at Haydock and remains well treated off 5lb higher, but ground conditions are unlikely to be as testing and it might pay to side with BANDERAS instead. Sam England's gelding was a winner over hurdles at Hexham latest and is more than capable on the level too, as he showed when victorious here last July. The consistent Clansman is expected to make his presence felt, as might last year's winner Arctic Fox.
