Achille Des Rocs bounced back to form to finish second at Hexham and he could run into a place once again if the switch of headgear sees him improve. BALLYFORT has to give weight away to all of his rivals but he won this last year off a mark 2lb lower and was last seen finishing a three-length second at Ayr in a much better race. A repeat of that should see him home in front, with Garde Des Champs the suggestion for the minor placing.
